Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 working business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, courier partner, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
  • LOOKMEZ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Charges may vary based on delivery location, order value, and shipping method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD option is available on selected products and locations only.
  • COD orders are subject to verification before dispatch.

  • Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account restrictions or permanent COD blocking.

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.

ID Verification at Delivery

  • For security and verification purposes, the delivery person may request a valid government-issued ID proof at the time of delivery.
  • Accepted ID proofs may include Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Driving License, or any other valid photo ID.
  • Failure to provide valid identification may result in delivery being delayed or cancelled as per courier partner policy.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details.
  • LOOKMEZ will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • Any additional shipping cost due to address correction or reattempted delivery will be borne by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts.
  • If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping or refund will be handled as per our Return & Replacement Policy.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged or tampered, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
  • LOOKMEZ will not be responsible for issues reported after the package has been accepted without proper proof.

Force Majeure

  • LOOKMEZ is not liable for delays or failures in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, lockdowns, or government regulations.
