At LOOKMEZ, we strive to deliver premium-quality jewellery and accessories. Each product undergoes a quality check before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Request Window
  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Unboxing Video Requirement
  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory for all return, replacement, or refund requests.
  • The video must show:
    • The sealed outer packaging
    • Complete unboxing process
    • Clear view of the product and the issue

Requests without a proper unboxing video will be rejected.


Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, boxes, and accessories
  • The issue must be related to damage, defect, or missing items

Inspection & Approval
  • All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Replacement or refund will be processed only if the returned product fully complies with our return policy.
Refund Policy
  • Refunds are provided only if the same product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • If the same product is available in stock, a replacement will be issued instead of a refund.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within the standard processing time.

Replacement Policy
  • Approved cases will receive a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product is unavailable, customers may receive:
    • A refund, or
    • An alternative product, or
    • Store credit (at our discretion)
  • Both-side delivery costs (return shipping + reshipping) must be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched within 2–7 working business days after successful inspection.

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Size-related issues
  • Minor color or design variations due to lighting or screen resolution
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
  • Products that show signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering
  • Missing or edited unboxing video

All product sizes are clearly mentioned in the product specifications.
Please review size details carefully before placing your order. Size-related issues will not be accepted for return, replacement, or refund.


Strict Return Package Policy
  • The returned package must contain only the original product.
  • If we find any unrelated items, including but not limited to:
    • Food items
    • Waste material
    • Newspapers
    • Harmful or hazardous substances
    • Any type of gas or chemical material

The return or replacement request will be immediately rejected, and legal action may be taken if required.

  • Jewellery items are delicate and must be handled with care.
  • We reserve the right to inspect returned products before approval.

How to Initiate a Return Request

To request a return or replacement, please follow the steps below:

  1. Share your Order ID and registered contact number.
  2. Upload at least two clear images of the product showing the issue.
  3. Attach a clear, continuous unboxing video as mandatory proof.
