Return & Replacement Policy

At LOOKMEZ, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you receive a product that is missing or defective, you may raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery. To process any return or replacement request, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the complete unboxing process, and the exact issue with the product. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted. Returns are accepted only in cases where the product is found to be missing or defective at the time of delivery. No returns will be entertained for any other reason. Please note that refunds are not applicable. Approved cases will be eligible for replacement only, as per our policy.
